Fiberglass blow-in insulation (R60) in attic with spray foamed rafter vents (to prevent displacement of blown insulation). R31.5 main floor walls, R24 basement walls. - Drywall – ½” for walls, ½” CD board for ceilings, untextured walls and ceilings, round corner bead, round-to-square transitions above trim, garage fully drywalled. - Painting – One coat of primer and two coats of finished paint (sanded between coats), fully painted finished areas. Primed garage. Stained stair treads and handrail. Fully painted trim, interior doors, and sliding barn door. Front door stained to match garage door.
